AARAO Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable. Fair registration fees may be refunded, minus a 15% administrative fee, if cancellation is requested before the academic year begins. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the AARAO Treasurer and will be reviewed by the Executive Committee.
